A beautiful Madonna attended the fashion event of the year, the Costume Institute Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum in New York City which this year included a special tribute to late designer Alexander McQueen.
The singer outshined many celebrities who were also in attendance and appeared wearing a dress designed by her close friend Stella McCartney.
Madonna also took the opportunity to speak some kind words when asked to recall special memories regarding McQueen.
